Sheet‑metal tilters – also known as turners, panel turners, barrel‑type turners, in‑line turners and sheet‑metal reversers – turn the sheet so both faces can be processed. Our systems are modular solutions that guarantee precision even on the thinnest gauges and feature a modular design that facilitates maintenance.

Automazioni Meta in‑line sheet‑metal turners can be integrated into existing plants and feature two proprietary patents.
The first patent concerns the fully modular aluminium ring structure, which can be easily disassembled to extract the internal roller conveyor for maintenance without moving the entire machine.
The second patent concerns the sheet centring and holding system during rotation: during rotation, the sheet metal is held from the sides without pressure, ensuring flawless operation even on the thinnest gauges.
Our tilters can operate independently or integrate seamlessly with the other machinery in the sheet-metal processing feeding line: loaders, laminators, and conveyors, for a fully automated production flow.
