Privacy and legal information

Information as per Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 679/16 “General Data Protection Regulation” (GDPR)

Dear User,

we would like to inform you that the provision of your e-mail address, which you will provide when subscribing to the newsletter, is optional, but any refusal to do so will make it impossible for you to use the service. The personal data provided by you will be collected and processed using electronic or automated means for the following purposes:

  • Subscription to the newsletter containing information on the company's activities, news, products and offers.
  • Only with your consent, and for the purpose of improving the Service and sending you content that matches your interests, we may receive information about whether you open the messages we send, your preferred content, and similar data.

The legal basis for the processing in question is Art. 6 paragraph 1 letter A of the GDPR (consent). The data will be kept for the duration of the subscription to the service; the cancellation will take place at the end of the procedure included in any communication received or in the event of a specific request sent to the Data Controller.

Your data will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, with the exception of technical partners who enable the newsletter service (IT companies). In any case, your data will not be disseminated or transferred outside the EU unless the conditions set out in Chapter V of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 are met.

The Data Controller is Meta SRL, with registered office in Via L. Porta, 4, - Conegliano (TV - Italy), VAT No. 03676060266, in the person of its legal representative. A Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed, whom you can contact to exercise your rights under articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 77 of Regulation (EU) 679/16.
