Information Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 679/16 'General Data Protection Regulation' (GDPR)

The data requested in this form, as well as any other information sent, will be processed by the staff in charge with the sole purpose of dealing with your request and providing you with the necessary assistance, including direct contact by e-mail or telephone. To this end, you may be contacted through the indicated channels in order to provide answers and clarifications or to request further information. The legal basis for the processing is art. 6 paragraph 1 letter B - GDPR.

The data sent will be stored for statistical and security purposes. The data will not be disclosed to third parties, except for the purpose of providing you with further information; the data may also be processed by professionals (e.g. law firms), insurance companies, brokers or arbitrators. In any event, the data will not be transferred or disseminated outside the EU.

Please do not provide any 'sensitive' data (e.g. relating to your state of health, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, etc.); otherwise, by sending your request, you are giving your consent to the processing of such data (Art. 9, paragraph 2, letter A).
