This line carico/scarico 6000 flow for ALANAN company, CHINA , has been planned in cooperation with the company ’ COSTA LEVIGATRICI,
the machine is designed to move in a longitudinal plates from 6000 kg , using a system of Rails and ball shoes, = X axis carriage translation done using gears and racks and brushless gear motor ROSSI-MITSUBISHI. The sheet metal is collected with a vertical system with structural aluminium columns , each led by nr. 2 recirculating ball guides, = Z AXIS up and down, performed by hydraulic servo actuators, and with hardened gears and racks. Vacuum plant ,Nr. 36 suction cups mounted on aluminium bars with adjustable width. Tracer point for package level tracking, PLC control, programming panel touch screen MITSUBISHI, cycles management, in e/o automatic manual.
